Wells arrived Monday, August 4th at 5:34 p.m. after 25 hours of total labor time! He weighed 7 pounds 15 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. And check out his profile...he is a carbon copy of Chris at the moment! Well, we know this is way past due! It's been a really long three/four days and the internet was only up for about 3 hours the whole time we were at Brookwood! As you can tell, we love him so much already. He has jaundice, which lots of little babies get, but we are praying it goes away. I'm also having a pretty hard recovery after the long long labor. So know that we appreciate the love and support so much!! It just may be a while before we can get into normalcy again with emailing and calls! We feel soooooooooooooo blessed and can't wait to share more stories and pictures. Thanks again for all the encouragement!!!!

Dana, you're such a trooper. I'm praying that the Lord will continue to give you PATIENCE :) in your recovery...a treat we ALL need more of!
I was at Brookwood just yesterday! I had an apptmt w/Dr. Sparks...he said he'd just been down to see you! He said you're so cute! :) I'm sorry I didn't even think to call you ahead of time to come by for a visit, so I didn't want to just pop in, in case yall were resting.
Take it, easy, Mom & Dad!! Enjoy the care at the hospital while you have it!! :)

Congratulations!!! He does look just like his daddy right now! Sorry your recovery is hard...I know how that is! I hope you begin to feel better soon and that things are going well as you adjust to being a mommy! He is adorable!

Chris and Dana, we are so proud to have little Wells as a new member of our family. Can't wait to meet him. There must certainly be a lot of smiles in Heaven right now from a lot of his kin folk. I know for sure that a Guardian Angel or two will be looking out for that little fellow as he grows up.
Love him and take care of him. Go ahead and buy him a tee ball bat and glove because in a brief moment he will be there. On that note, you better go ahead and start saving for his college education too.

I have thought of you all constantly since Monday and feel sooo cheated by the distance between us!!!!
We are sooo thrilled to have WELLS in the world...OUR world and soooo proud of his MUMMY and DADDY. We all said from the first photos how much like Chris he is and the profile picture on the collage shows how very much like him he is!
